The Cradtec PRM-02H Smart Radon Detector is a compact, battery-powered device designed for both short-term and long-term radon monitoring. It features a large, easy-to-read display and operates on three AAA batteries. It provides continuous radon level readings directly on its screen.
NOTICE: Ensure the detector is positioned in a location free from vibrations, direct sunlight, electromagnetic interference, and excessive humidity. Initial radon level results will be available within 24 hours, with accuracy improving over time. Accuracy surpasses 90% after 48 hours of testing and extends beyond 95% following a 2-month period.
AUTO-ALARM: The Cradtec Radon Detector is designed to automatically trigger an alarm when radon levels exceed safe thresholds. Upon activation, the display will show a rotating fan icon and flashing numerical values to alert you of the high radon concentration.
Easy to Use: Simply insert 3 batteries and power on the device. After a 24-hour initialization period, it will display both short-term and long-term radon levels. The short-term average reflects the daily average radon level over 24 hours, while the long-term average provides a cumulative average that can extend over a year. For continuous measurement duration, press the MODE button. Refer to the user manual for more details.
